Smoke Test Report
A Smoke Test report will test the drainage system to determine if there is any illegal connection between the sewer drainage and storm water drainage.
A smoke test inspection and report includes (where possible) the following. Note: Inspection is subject to access and the location/accessibility of inspection points:
- The sewer services lines;
- The storm water service lines;
- Gutters and downpipes;
- Area drains and storm water pits;
- Boundary trap/inspection opening (if accessible);
- Surcharge sewer gullies.
